JCSD#1 is looking for a hardworking individual to assist in the preparation of meals at Cloud Peak Elementary. This position is part-time (school days approximately 9:30-2pm) and does require you to be on your feet for the time you are here, as well as having great time management skills. The 9th grade ELA class would like to invite our community to their interpretive exhibit entitled Beyond Barbed Wire: Humanity's Triumph in the Holocaust. It will run during Parent Teacher Conferences on Thursday, March 14, from 4:30-7:00. We hope to see you all there.

ONE WEEK! Please join these fine Kaycee Middle School actors in a classic “whodunnit” dinner theatre on March 7th. Dinner will be served by 6:30 and the show starts at 7:00! International Travel Students will be serving dinner for $12 a person or $40 for a family of four. If you just want to come to the show . . . it’s free! You won’t want to miss this one!

Just a reminder that This Thursday, Feb 29th, is an Early Release day. School will be out at 1:00 and buses will run at that time.

JCSD#1 is looking for a hardworking individual to work in our "food warehouse" to fill the food orders for the schools, deliver them to the schools each day & to restock the shelves with the bi-weekly delivery trucks. This position requires you to be on your feet for most of the shift, significant lifting of up to 50 pounds several times each day, attention to detail and time management. A few Activities for Next Month, March, to give you a heads up on. Kindergarten Screening March 6th & 7th from 2:00-4:00 Grades 6-12 Ski Trip, your student should have brought home papers on this yesterday. We need those signed and $25.00 by March 4th. We have extra in the office if the first once did not make it home. The trip is Monday, March 11th.

The International Association of Mystery Solvers is hosting an awards banquet for the ’world’s greatest detectives.’ As Foster Holmes steps up beside the host to speak, Jenny Watson bursts in. She is protesting her ancestor’s role as Sherlock’s sidekick! The lights go out, the banquet’s host is dead and the prize money is missing. It’s time for Foster and Jenny to team up with an aging sleuth, a forgetful gumshoe and a hillbilly sheriff to solve this crime. Please join Kaycee Middle School Drama for a Dinner Theater hosted by the International Travel Club. Dinner will be served by 6:30 p.m. with the show to follow at 7 p.m. MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR THURSDAY, MARCH 7TH!

Thank you to Sylvia Bruner from the Jim Gatchell museum, Laurel Foster from the Hoofprints of the Past museum, the Trails Interpretive Center, Fort Caspar, and the Bishop house for helping our 9th graders learn about selecting artifacts, designing exhibits, and working with the public in a museum setting. We learned a lot!
