Come join Kaycee Seniors Football Boys honor their parents on Saturday, October 21st.!! The concessions will be serving Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Chicken & Waffle Sandwiches, Warm Peanuts and Chip with Salsa.

Love & Logic parent classes are be offered by Compass. They will be held on Wednesday's from 4:30-6:30 in the Elementary Library starting Nov 1st. If you would like to attend please call the school to RSVP.

Attention Kaycee Community: We are looking for any interest in running the concession for the Junior High Basketball Game this Saturday @ 1:00. If you are interested please give us a call at the school. 738-2323.

It's a short week ! This Friday the 13th is Focus Friday from 10:00-12:00. Game Schedule is: Friday HSVB @ Clearmont 10/11am, Saturday HSFB & HSVB teams are at Hulett with the Football starting at 12:00 and Volleyball starting at 3:00pm. Also this week Thriving Kinders from 2-4pm Wed, 10/11, Hearing & Vision testing on Thur 10/12

Kaycee students in grades 7-11 will have the opportunity to participate in a college and career trip on Monday, October 16. Students will tour Gillette College in the morning and Buckskin Mine in the afternoon. Students will need to pack a lunch or bring $5 for a pizza lunch. Leave time is 7:45am and anticipated return time is 4:00pm. Students have received a permission slip but if they need another slip they can pick one up from the office. Please return permission slips as soon as possible.

Kaycee School Families, On Thursday, October 12th, Vision and hearing screenings will be administered for grades K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, and to all new students and all Special Education students as required by state law. Students who did not pass a screening in the past and no follow up was received may also be rescreened at this time. If you have any questions or concerns about these screenings, please contact the school at (307)738-2323.

A few Reminders Thriving Kinder for Parents from 2-4 on 10/11/23., Also the PTO Mtg at the school on 5th @ 5:00 pm, please come and be a part of the PTO. And one more Reminder, next Friday Oct 13 will be a Focus Friday, so if your student needs some extra help before the end of quarter the teachers will be in the building from 10:00 am to 12:00 am

REMINDER: Tomorrow is PICTURE DAY!! Pictures taken from 8:00 to 10:00 am in the Commons. We will start with the Preschoolers and work our way through the grades. If you have a child that you would like pictures of that does not attend school please be here by 8:00.

Attention Parents: The PTO will be having a meeting on October 5th (next Thurs.) @ 5:00 in the School Commons. The PTO is looking for new faces to come join in the fun and help with our school and students so if you are interested in helping please attend this meeting.

Good Monday! I few activities happening this week , Monday - Student Council went to Casper for Conference, The Key Awards for 6-12 grade will be @ 3:45, Also picture day forms will be sent home, so make sure to look for those. Tuesday - Sophomore class will be attending The Right Road in Buffalo, bus leaving at 7:45 PLEASE make sure your signed paperwork is turned in. Starting @ 3:45 the Key Assembly for K-5 will happen. Thursday - PICTURE Day starting at 8:00 am. HSVB paly @ Midwest 5:30/6:30 Friday - HSFB j@ Encampment Saturday - MSVB-Kaycee Invite starting @ 9:00.

Good Morning, Just a heads up that school pictures will be Sept 28th, next Thursday. We will be sending the packets home on Monday. So mark your calendars!

Safety Reminder - As we get comfortable coming to school in our building, we ask our parents to please come through the front doors and check in at the office to check your child out school. We will have you sign the Student Check out/In notice and we will call your student to the office. This will allow us to keep better track on the students for Emergency purposes.

Tomorrow, 9/29/23, the Juniors and Seniors will have the opportunity to participate in the WAO Planning Days College Fair at Sheridan College. They will depart the school @ 8:00 and return around 12:30. Permission slips are requested to get on the bus and your student should have picked one up today.

The Right Road - there will be an information meeting for all Sophomore parents tomorrow, 9-19-23 in the High School Library at 6:30 pm.

Reminder that today is the Author Share for all 3rd thru 8th graders. They will be leaving the school at 10:15am and back at 2:00.
