A partnership of the community and BHS has provided a beautiful addition to the hillside above the football field. The Geometry in Construction students teamed with local business to provide community members a way to watch sports from the hillside.
The students worked hard to build these heavy duty benches as well as make forms, pour concrete for footers, and do the landscaping under the benches. Each bench is marked with the student's names and the supporting business.
The class received assistance from the maintenance crew from JCSD1 and they could not have pulled this off without them.
