The BHS Culinary hosted their advanced breakfast cookery project to some satisfied customers. Breakfast burritos, French omelets, and crepes were on the menu.

Our Unified Special Olympics team is hard at work on basketball skills as they prepare for their spring games. Athletes and their Unified BHS Buddies had a great first practice and enjoyed some mat races to finish up their time.
The SAVE organization of BHS is partnering with the Johnson County Recycling Center to promote community awareness on recycling issues by assisting with educational social media posts for the center. The members will add this to their organization's community service activities of collecting recycling at BHS every other week and providing community outreach once a month. Thanks for what you do, SAVE!!

Buffalo High School is proud to host the 2023 Buffalo Freshman Girls & Boys Basketball Invitational on tomorrow - Saturday, January 7. Admission will be charged for this tournament - $3 students / $5 adults / $10 family. Games will be available on the NFHS Network - 18 games scheduled in 3 different gyms. The Bison Wrestling dual scheduled for tonight at Newcastle-Upton has been POSTPONED due to winter weather conditions, roads, and school delays/cancellations in that area. The dual will be rescheduled for a later date.
