Mrs. Graves

Mrs. Laurie Graves

I have enjoyed watching our Meadowlark family, staff, students, and parents grow over the past four years. This year has opened many exciting opportunities for learning and collaboration. The staff have been intensely engaged in new and continuing professional development in order to be presenting state of the art instructional strategies to our Meadowlark students. Our students are privileged to be working in smaller class sizes and to have immediate access to interventions, if needed, through our whole-school Title IA services. Student progress is monitored closely through our Professional Learning Communities (PLC) on a weekly basis. In a process of growth, our partnership with our parents has achieved a new level of success in the formation of the “Meadowlark Herd”, formally known as the “PTO”. The development of this group will be a tremendous support for our students and our staff. I am very excited about the future of this partnership. One of my sincere beliefs is that a great system is carried and made strong through an “all means all” philosophy. Meadowlark Elementary truly strives to model this philosophy, as every single staff member and student in the walls of this school are important and carry a role that has meaning. I believe that we will continue to grow and improve as we continue our journey together. Thank you for sharing your child/children with us!!

Sincerely, Mrs. Graves MS
