FAILURE LEADS TO SUCCESS – Learn from mistakes
View failures as feedback that provides you with the information you need to learn, grow, and succeed.
3rd-Finlee Boyer Working hard and trying something over and over again until success is achieved can be both frustrating and challenging. Finlee understands that learning requires daily determination and perseverance, and she embraces that reality. While learning does not always come easily for her, Finlee meets each challenge with courage and resolve. She is resilient, committed, and ready to grow.
Finlee often encourages her peers to stay focused, reminding them that effort and attention are essential for achieving big goals—especially college, which she proudly aspires to attend. Her familiar call of “Pay attention!” reflects not only her determination, but her desire to see others succeed as well. She exemplifies the belief that failure is not an end, but a stepping stone toward success, making her a perfect recipient of the Failure Leads to Success. Congratulations Finlee!
4th-Charli Blanch
Charli has truly earned the Key of “Failure Leads to Success” through her incredible perseverance and positive attitude toward learning. She is an extremely hard-working student who approaches every task with determination and care. Charli never complains, even when the work is challenging, and she does not stop until she knows she has completed her work correctly. She takes pride in doing her best and consistently shows responsibility and focus in the classroom.
What truly sets Charli apart is how she handles her mistakes. Instead of getting discouraged, she sees mistakes as an opportunity to learn and grow. Charli asks questions, listens carefully to feedback, and immediately jumps back in to try again. Her resilience, strong work ethic, and growth mindset make her a role model for others and a perfect example of how failure can lead to success when you never give up and keep trying.
5th-Toby Hatch
Has earned the Key of Failure Leads to Success because of the way he keeps trying, even when learning is hard. Toby isn’t afraid to ask questions, and when he makes a mistake, he listens to feedback and uses it to get better.
Over the past few months, Toby has shown amazing growth. He works hard to improve his skills and approaches extra help with determination rather than frustration or complaint. Instead of getting frustrated or giving up, Toby learns from his mistakes and keeps going. This perseverance has led to a noticeable shift in his mindset—from saying, “I can’t do this” or “I’m not good at this,” to approaching his work with greater confidence. This new attitude is clearly seen in his work and in his scores. Toby shows us on a regular basis that mistakes really can lead to success.
