8th grade art students recently learned about Victorian architecture and then used what they had learned to design and build haunted houses from cardboard. Students worked in collaborative groups to design, construct, and decorate a house reminiscent of the Victorian era. Houses had to meet some construction and decoration requirements. The awesome work done by these students was displayed in the library at CCMS while staff and students vote for their favorite. Haunted House #1 won student choice. Haunted House #4 won staff choice.
