CPES Data

The state of Wyoming has two accountability systems, one is under the Wyoming Education Accountability Act.  This provides each school with a report card showing their achievement level in many areas.  Under this system, Cloud Peak Elementary is meeting the expectations set forth by the Act.  The most recent report card can be found below by clicking it's link.  The other accountability system is under the federal government’s No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001 and is called Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP).  Each year the federal government raises the percentage of students required to meet proficiency.  This year, again, it requires that 100% of our students be proficient on the state assessment to meet AYP.  We did not meet the 100% requirement to meet AYP for the 2014-2015 school year.  Below you can also see how our students compare to other students throughout Wyoming.
