In Johnson County School District #1, we believe in hiring and retaining talented individuals with the knowledge and skills to provide the best possible educational learning experiences for our students and staff.

The Board recognizes that a well-qualified staff dedicated to education is necessary to provide a quality learning environment.  The Board is interested in its employees as individuals and recognizes its responsibility in promoting their general welfare.
